This opportunity is for a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in Spanish and English , allowing you to make a meaningful impact with families across both languages. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Record and track client progress using simple digital systems.
  • Contribute ideas and insight as part of a collaborative team.
  • Create a positive, engaging environment that supports learning and growth.

  • Active RBT certification (required).
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with children .
  • Reliability, compassion, and enthusiasm for helping children thrive.
