A company is looking for a Knowledge Base / AI Specialist / QA (Tier 0) to develop and optimize an intelligent self-service environment for a secure Department of Defense program.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain an AI-powered self-service knowledge base for user issue resolution
Author and update knowledge articles to ensure accuracy and compliance with system updates
Integrate AI models and chatbots with service desk systems for real-time support and training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge management or IT service automation
Experience in multi-tier service environments within federal or defense programs
Familiarity with Agile and ITIL frameworks
Active Secret clearance is required
