J & K Communications is seeking an energetic, self-motivator to join our growing team.  We are looking for a dependable, long-term, hard-working individual who works well under pressure and has a strong attention to details.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as management may deem necessary from time to time :

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair radio issues down to component level
• Programming of radios and prepare loaner radios to send out
• Prepare radios to be sent to factory for repair
• Ability to solder surface mount micro components
• Understanding of schematics
• Working knowledge of state-of-the-art test equipment
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, oral, written and listening skills
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and customers
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• May have occasional field exposure.
