A company is looking for a People Team Partner to drive impactful HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for HR systems and support, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance
Support execution of key People Team functions such as performance reviews, onboarding, and People Programs initiatives
Generate and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Six years of HR Generalist work experience across the employee lifecycle
Expertise in onboarding, recruitment, DEIB, CSR, or L&D
Progressive experience applying foundational knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
