How You Will Contribute

The Food Safety Specialist ensures regulatory and GFSI-aligned compliance across production systems, manages FSQA documentation and verification programs, and supports continuous improvement in GMP, sanitation, environmental monitoring, and hazard controls. This role will work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, maintenance, and supply chain to uphold and advance our food safety culture.

What You Will Be Working On

Food Safety & Quality Programs

• Implement and monitor GMPs, sanitation, and allergen controls.
• Maintain and update the Food Safety Plan and associated SOPs under FSMA (21 CFR 117).
• Conduct internal audits, pre-op inspections, and Gemba walks.
• Manage environmental monitoring program (EMP) and verify APC / Pathogen data trends.
• Maintain logs and records required for FSSC 22000.
