Position Summary

The Assistant Golf Coach at Concordia University Wisconsin campus is responsible for assisting the head coach in administering the following aspects of the golf program including : coaching, recruiting, fund-raising, and compliance with CAA, and conference rules / regulations. The Assistant Golf Coach reports to the Head Golf Coach. This is a part-time position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid the head coach with practices, transportation of the teams, and recruiting.
• Vast knowledge of the game of golf.
• Have a philosophy (style) of gameplay on the course.
• Great verbal communication skills, both with the head coach and the players.
• Motivated to teach the golf swing, mental toughness, and resiliency.
• Creative in helping fundraising efforts.
