Currently, we are searching for a producing Sales Manager for a technology and security company serving small-to-medium sized businesses across New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona. This is a hybrid role that combines direct territory sales with leadership and oversight of a small sales team. The company offers managed IT services, safety / security systems, and hardware / software solutions. Strong leadership is in place and the company has proven growth and a great name in the industry!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow a personal territory with clients in the SMB space
- Manage and coach 2–3 sales reps across multiple markets
- Build pipeline and drive full-cycle sales (discovery, quoting, closing, etc)
- Monitor rep performance and help remove obstacles to quota attainment
- Partner with operations and tech teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding
- Report activity and performance using Salesforce CRM
REQUIREMENTS
Proven background in B2B sales, preferably IT services, software, or security systemsPrior sales leadership experience (Team Lead or Manager needed)Comfortable selling in a technical environment (hardware, software, networks)Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to sales managementBased in or near Albuquerque, NMExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM toolsCOMPENSATION
Base Salary : $70,000-$80,000+On-Target Earnings : $150,000+ (uncapped)Top reps have earned over $300,000 / yearFull benefits package available!
