State Licensed Senior Associate Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Associate General Counsel Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide transactional legal support for the State Government's healthcare information technology business

Act as the designated legal advisor to business leadership on legal and contractual issues

Lead and mentor the legal and contracts team while managing workloads and supporting career development

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree with Bar admission in at least one state

10+ years of legal experience

7+ years of government contracting experience, preferably with state government procurements

3+ years of people management experience

Health care legal experience and / or information technology legal experience
