Automotive Accounting Clerk $18 - $24 / Hour Based on Experience

Accounting Experience is Required

TKO Motors , home to Valdosta Mitsubishi and Valdosta Nissan, is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Accounting Clerk to support our fast-paced dealership operations.     • Key Responsibilities Accounting Clerk :

  • Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable / receivable, bank deposits, and reconciliations
  • Assist with billing, posting deals, and verifying financial documents
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Support month-end closing and reporting
  • Collaborate with office and management teams to ensure smooth operations

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior accounting experience required
  • Familiarity with DMS systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles
