Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Telemetry Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Registered Nurse – Med / Surg Telemetry (Float Pool) Location : Concord, MA Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : November 10, 2025 Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) | Every Other Weekend (EOW) | Every Other Holiday (EOH) Hours per Week : 36 Key Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and best practices. Accurately interpret and monitor cardiac rhythms. Collaborate effectively with physicians, care teams, and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and efficiently. Float between Med / Surg and Telemetry units as required by staffing needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the MediTech EMR system. Uphold patient safety standards and infection control procedures. Requirements : Active Massachusetts RN License (Required) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required) Telemetry experience (Required) MediTech experience (Preferred) Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in a Med / Surg or Telemetry unit preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and changing patient needs.
