Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions with strong advocacy
- Interface with new and existing clients and manage cases from start to finish
- Answer the phone and intake new clients
- Respond to all communications promptly and thoroughly
- Be approachable so clients feel heard, understood, and cared for
- Prepare documents that best represent clients' interests
- Advise clients of their legal rights to help them prepare and protect their families
- Negotiate settlements in the best interest of clients
- Keep clients informed on all aspects of their cases
- Comply with legal requirements and regulations
