Compensation & Compliance Associate

A company is looking for a Compensation & Compliance Associate (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

Support global payroll reconciliation and coordinate with the Operations department

Manage the Colombian payment process and the Ontop platform

Create documents and resources to support compliance tracking

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in human resources and payroll

Experience in managing payroll ERP

Knowledge of the laboral legal framework

Willingness to assist with other activities related to the area

Fluent English skills (both oral and written)
