The Turf Advisor is the most important role in the company. The Turf Advisor wears two hats : Sales & Project Oversight. As a 1099 independent contractor, our TAs are operating their own business under the STC umbrella.

Sales

  • Perform estimates from company provided leads as well as leads generated by the Turf Advisor's own efforts. Estimates take 45-60 minutes on average.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Present tailored solutions and promotions aligned with customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Project Oversight

  • TAs are the point of contact for their customers from the sale to project completion.
  • TAs work alongside our install teams to execute on installations.
  • Sending invoices and collecting payments from customers.
  • Handling unforeseen hiccups with homeowner / installation team during the install.
  • Taking extreme ownership over clients / projects.
