Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational setting. This role focuses on assisting students with occupational therapy interventions aimed at enhancing their functional skills and supporting their academic progress throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities :
Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs to improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in pliance with school policies and regulatory standards.Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute relevant insights to support student development.Qualifications and Experience :
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is required.Experience working within K-12 school environments is strongly preferred.Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and school-based interventions.Strong munication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educational professionals.Ability to manage caseloads and adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.Benefits :
