You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

THE POSITION
Accent is seeking a full-time Project Manager with strong leadership and computer skills that has experience in commercial construction and / or public works contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
Conduct site inspections to evaluate completed work and to plan for upcoming workTake appropriate action for work that does not meet quality standardsPeople Management
Clear and proactive communication with owners, general contractors, architects and suppliersEducate / challenge / grow the field and office personnel and encourage moraleAssist in hiring and interviewingConduct weekly meetings with foreman to discuss project progressDirect supervisor to Assistant Project ManagerCo-direct supervisor to AdministratorProduction Management
Proactively identify and remove production obstacles for foreman and crewsEnsure crews have the tools, equipment, supplies, knowledge and people to be successfulOversee shop, yard, equipment and facility managementDevelop and coordinate plans for the efficient use of personnel and resourcesManage one calls, submittals, closeouts, as-builts and change orders for assigned jobsTrack and appropriately communicate all project changesBusiness Management
Timely pay app submissions and appropriate follow up for past due accounts receivablesMeet budgeted hours and material expenses for assigned projectsIssue and track change ordersMake recommendations to improve estimating, purchasing and project management systemsAssist in the estimating and bidding processReview and Approval of all receipts / purchases for assigned projectsReview / compile, negotiate and sign contractsSafety Management
Enforce compliance of all safety programsCorrect any unsafe behaviorsFoster a culture of safetySkills / Qualifications
Bilingual is a plusExperience in construction and / or commercial contractingStrong computer skillsHighly competent in Microsoft ExcelAbility to multi taskExperience in Bluebeam, Procore an AutoCad is a plusExperience :
