SVP of Finance and Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an executive partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing financial information and operational analytics

Develop and manage the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, cash management, and financial forecasting

Optimize supply chain processes and manage corporate legal activities related to financial operations

Required Qualifications

Experience leading finance and accounting functions in companies with a manufacturing component

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management; Master's degree or CPA preferred

Experience with new product launches and international market entry

Strong critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills

Supply chain experience in agriculture or related industries
