Description

The Enterprise System Administrator I IT Services will be able to provide planning and coordination for the development and implementation of all aspects of all member-facing systems and be responsible for operational procedures and communication with other departments utilizing techniques, access, security, and maintenance of the computing systems.

Provide technical support, design, install, configure, maintain, and perform system integration to our organization. Execute key projects to advance technological capabilities to all member-facing delivery channels.

• Support and engage with technologies primarily in the Microsoft Servers environment.
• Understands the following IT technologies such as Active Directory and Exchange.
• Knowledgeable of MS Office 365, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies, SQL, web, email filtering systems, enterprise-level endpoint protection systems, F5 Load balancer, etc.

Reports directly to the IT Services Manager, from whom the overall direction is received.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00 / hr.
