We are seeking a new general manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has at least three years of experience in a full-time management position. As our Night Life General manager, you will manage staff and inventory and ensure each guest has a positive experience.

Night Life General Manager Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 to 5-years supervisory experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and / or nightclub environment required
  • Previous experience with new venue openings
  • High School Diploma required -Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage difficult customer situations, balance team and individual responsibilities, and delegate work assignments
  • Must display passion and optimism; Inspire respect and trust
  • Must be a true leader of people
  • Must possess business acumen and work within approved budget
  • Must be able to operate under high stress levels
  • May be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • Non-typical office hours will be customary, including evenings into e early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Night Life General Manager Responsibilities :

  • Directs all night club operations
  • Delivers revenues and profits
  • Maintains patron satisfaction and builds relationships with preferred customers
  • Focuses on recruiting, selecting, orientating, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management and hourly staff while communicating job expectations; enforces policies and procedures
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complies with health and legal regulations
  • Establishes standards for personnel administration and performance, exceptional service to patrons, food selection, and service
  • Present KPI’s to operating partnership and ownership to ensure business is being run successfully
  • Negotiates contracts with vendors
  • Maintain all necessary licenses and permits
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees
