We are seeking a new general manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has at least three years of experience in a full-time management position. As our Night Life General manager, you will manage staff and inventory and ensure each guest has a positive experience.
Night Life General Manager Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 to 5-years supervisory experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and / or nightclub environment required
- Previous experience with new venue openings
- High School Diploma required -Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to develop project plans, manage difficult customer situations, balance team and individual responsibilities, and delegate work assignments
- Must display passion and optimism; Inspire respect and trust
- Must be a true leader of people
- Must possess business acumen and work within approved budget
- Must be able to operate under high stress levels
- May be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Non-typical office hours will be customary, including evenings into e early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Night Life General Manager Responsibilities :
