Location : Remote (Preferred : Southeast & Midwest - Major Metro Areas Required)

Travel : Extensive U.S. travel, with potential trips to Canada & Mexico

We're looking for an experienced, driven Outside Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our Residential Elevator market presence across North America. You'll be the face of our residential business unit, building powerful partnerships with OEMs, hybrid manufacturers, and independent elevator contractors-closing deals, opening doors, and driving growth.

• Grow the market : Build and manage a robust sales pipeline that delivers measurable growth.
• Strategize for success : Create and execute sales strategies in collaboration with leadership, marketing, and our CRM tools.
• Be the customer expert : Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and position Hyperion as their trusted partner.
• Win the deal : Negotiate and close agreements that deliver value for both the customer and Hyperion.
• Stay ahead of the game : Track market trends and competitor activity to keep us one step ahead.
