Job Summary
We are seeking Medical Assistants to permanently join our team of internists, specialists, and other medical staff. This position will provide a mix of traditional approaches to medicine, concierge care, and methods focused on regenerative and longevity medicine and research.
Additionally, this role includes company-provided medical scribe training from one of our leading physicians. This program is designed to elevate your skill set and promote career advancement.
Position Summary
The Medical Assistant will support physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals by performing both clinical and administrative duties. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Responsibilities
Greet and prepare patients for examinations.
Record patient history, vital signs, and other relevant information.
Assist providers with medical examinations and procedures.
Administer injections, collect lab specimens, and perform basic laboratory tests (as permitted by state law).
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle phone inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Support overall clinic operations and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of experience preferred.
Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred; however, we welcome applicants who are not yet certified but have relevant experience or a willingness to complete certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR).
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
Ability to lift or carry medical equipment or supplies (up to 15 pounds).
Assist patients with mobility or transfers.
Potential exposure to patients with infectious diseases.
Must remain composed and focused during emergencies or when assisting stressed or anxious patients.
