Foundry Manager

We are a small Non-ferrous continuous cast and perm mold foundry, seeking to hire a Foundry Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Manage overall foundry operations.
• Responsible for safety, quality and production.
• Ensure all foundry issues are promptly addressed using problem solving skills and root cause analysis.
• Maintain inventory levels of materials required for foundry production processes.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned.
• Participate in staff meetings to coordinate daily foundry activities.
• Oversee employee management and development.
• Participate in the hiring of foundry personnel.

Qualifications :

Experience in casting processes, metallurgy or relevant foundry technologies preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train an individual that can manage people and has a good work record.
