In 2024, ANC partnered with Nira Medical, a national network of independent practices committed to shaping the future of neurological care through a patient-centric, clinician-driven model empowered by technology. Nira's mission is to provide access to life-changing treatments for those affected by MS, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other neurological disorders, helping them lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

As the Practice Manager at ANC, you will collaborate with the Regional GM and Medical Director to set and drive strategic priorities that enhance clinic performance and patient outcomes across all ANC locations.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management

• Oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll to ensure efficient labor and wage management.
• Manage clinic capacity to optimize resources and staff allocation.
• Mentor and support staff through regular performance evaluations and development opportunities.
• Align individual and team goals with the clinic's broader objectives to drive success.
• Create and maintain clear communication channels to keep teams informed of priorities, progress, and any changes.
• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
