Overview

Maintenance Engineer — Full-time, 1st Shift (8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM). Experienced and skilled Maintenance Engineer needed at Lutheran Home, located in the heart of Wauwatosa.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, electrical and / or plumbing.
Troubleshoot problems and perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in HVAC systems, electrical and / or plumbing, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair.

Strong technological skills.

Prior work experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Technician in a Nursing Home, Retirement Community, Hospital, or Residential Property strongly desired.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certification in HVAC, plumbing or electrical repair.
