Job Summary :
Coughlin Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will support a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Denver. We are looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, delivers high-quality service across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a maintenance resource across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all assets are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems, with a focus on quality workmanship and long-term solutions.
- Support property turnovers, including inspections, repairs, painting, and preparation of spaces for new tenants.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize repairs, extend the life of property systems, and reduce unexpected costs.
- Complete resident and tenant service requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Oversee and coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized services are required, ensuring work meets company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and completed tasks through property management systems.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and applicable codes.
- Provide on-call coverage for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively.
- Represent Coughlin Property Management with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Pay Rate :
$28-$30 per hourPosition Requirements :
2+ years of experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related field.Working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.Strong communication skills and customer service to interact with team and residents.Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across different properties.Physical Requirements :
Able to lift and move sizable weightsAble to work for long periods of time on feetAble to work in confined spacesAble to work for long periods outdoors in multiple seasons.
