Job Summary As a Senior Agronomy Account Manager, you are responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic relationships across a designated territory for RALCO’S agronomy portfolio. This role is vital to our organization’s overall success, requiring a strong blend of sales expertise, industry insight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Senior Agronomy Account Managers work directly with producers, distributors, and dealers to promote targeted product lines, identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions that align with customer needs. You’ll lead and develop account plans, manage key relationships and serve as the primary or supporting account manager depending on the situation. Success in this role means consistently exceeding revenue targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to long-term strategic planning. Internally, you’ll collaborate with technical teammates and product specialists to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize product positioning and ensure alignment across departments. You’ll also play a leadership role within the team – sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and championing operational excellence. - Manage and grow high-impact accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with our strategic distributors, producers, and key stakeholders. Identify customer needs and recommend corresponding Ralco solutions. Customer Success Leadership : Develop and implement proactive service strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention; provide leadership and product demonstrations Growth Driver : Consistently exceeds revenue targets. Lead account planning and identify new opportunities for expansion Long-Term Planning : Drive strategic planning across accounts, anticipating client needs and delivering innovative solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with pricing, programs, and distribution. Operational Excellence : Maintain accurate and timely CRM / Salesforce documentation. Champion process improvements and implements efficiencies. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Share best practices, mentor account managers, and lead by example to elevate team performance. Subject Matter Expertise : Apply advanced skills in strategic account management, negotiation, and industry-specific knowledge. Professional Accumen and Growth : Participate in trade shows, meetings, and industry events; pursue ongoing professional development in collaboration with your supervisor.
