Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program\n

Active New Mexico RN license or Compact state RN license\n

BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)\n

TNCC certification\n

Minimum 1 year recent ICU nursing experience\n

Strong communication skills for patient care and clinical support\n

Ability to manage emergency and crisis situations in a critical care environment\n

Coordinate and deliver patient care for the ICU population\n

Provide high-quality, safe nursing care in accordance with unit standards\n

Demonstrate professionalism and respect toward staff, physicians, patients, and families\n

Maintain current ICU nursing skills and clinical knowledge\n

Communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team\n

Assist with patient positioning, transferring, and equipment management\n

Respond promptly to emergencies and adapt to changes in schedule\n
