Manager of Enterprise Architecture and BTP
Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Direct Hire - Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance
Pay : $140-160K plus bonus and stock options.

We are partnered with a leading organization seeking a Manager of Enterprise Architecture to join their team in Nashville, TN. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s enterprise-wide architecture strategy, governance, and technology roadmap, with a strong focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and LeanIX.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide architecture initiatives.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and portfolio management practices.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify needs, develop use cases, and deliver scalable, cost-effective technology solutions.
- Lead governance efforts, finding redundancies in the application portfolio and identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance on SAP BTP (or similar ERP technologies), ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
- Influence without direct authority, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships with business and IT leaders.
- Manage and mentor a small team (3 members), balancing hands-on technical contributions with leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications :
10+ years of progressive enterprise architecture and technology leadership experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.Proven experience with enterprise architecture management tools (LeanIX)Strong knowledge of SAP BTP or broader SAP technology suite.Demonstrated success in enterprise governance, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across teams.Self-starter with the ability to set structure, roadmaps, and frameworks in place.Preferred Skills :
Experience leading small technical teams or serving in a lead / manager hybrid role.Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and how they can be applied to enterprise-wide business needs.Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
