Work Experience :

\nMinimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience. Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.\n\n \n\n Education :

\nMaster’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred). Bachelor’s + 5 years’ PT experience may also be accepted.\n\n \n\n License :

\nActive Illinois PT license (compact license accepted)\n\n \n\n Certifications :

\nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification.
