• Our physician chief and chief CRNA actively contribute to various hospital committees, including those related to medical diversion, medical executive, critical care, and surgery. • Board Certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• New grads are welcome to apply. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling :
• New call model moving forward. - Each team member will take call for 7 days, running from Saturday to Friday. - During the Mon-Fri portion, you will be scheduled for the swing shift, 10 AM 6 PM, with later start times provided when possible. - Following your call week, you will have an STO week, which includes the adjacent weekends (9 days). - The next three weeks will consist of a mix of 8 and 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with NO CALL
• A peel-out schedule is also utilized (allowing for early release whenever possible).
• We maintain a high retention rate because we work collaboratively within our team and ensure coverage for time off. Key Responsibilities :
• Our hospital is a thriving community hospital where we manage general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases.
• When needed, we do support the endo and cath lab.
