Client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Order Processing Manager to lead our Order Processing Department. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring seamless order transactions and providing exceptional service to our retail clients, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing our order fulfillment processes. Understanding and experience with EDI (Electronic Database Interchange) is crucial for this role as over 90% of all orders are processed in this method.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the order processing cycle, from order receipt to shipment and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize order fulfillment, streamline processes, and reduce processing times.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage and mentor a team of order processing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify and resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, and customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.
