Director of Property Management

Overview

Under the supervision of the VP of Operations, the Director of Property Management is responsible for the management of CMC’s portfolio of affordable residential properties. The Director directly supervises Property Supervisors, a Training Manager, Property Managers, Maintenance / Utility Person, Desk Clerks, and four on-site Managers. The Director is ultimately responsible for the entire Property Management and Operations staff and serves as a member of the Management Team, providing organization-wide leadership and decision-making.
