Our Design team plays a key role in shaping these moments through a visual lens. We turn complex business strategies into clear, compelling designs across branding, identity, web, video, and presentations. The work is fast-paced, high-stakes, and deeply collaborative, offering designers the chance to make a real impact on how companies communicate during these pivotal moments.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with our communications professionals to develop visual assets such as fact sheets, infographics, and presentations that support strategic messaging across high-profile corporate events.
• Design branding systems, websites, and other digital, print, and social materials with a focus on clarity, consistency, and impact.
• Translate complex business concepts into visually compelling narratives that align with client goals and brand standards.
• Work closely with other designers and team leads to ensure alignment and quality across projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement comprehensive rebranding initiatives, delivering cohesive visual systems and assets that support strategic messaging.
• Support internal marketing and business development projects including new business presentations, invitations and advertisements.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 a year
