Position

Seeking motivated, professional handyman with skills in multiple trades to join our team. Enjoy a positive work environment, Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm), with no weekend work.

Responsibilities

Perform quality handyman repairs including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing, and electrical tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain a clean-cut appearance, presentable vehicle, and organized tools.

Identify additional repair opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

2+ years of handyman experience (preferred).

Knowledgeable and experienced in multiple trades.

Ability to pass a felony background check and drug screen.

Own some tools and willing to build tool inventory.

Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Punctual.
