JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DETAILS :

PCO is a solid company and has been in business since 1995. We have a steadily growing client base consisting of medium to large corporations in America. Our ideal candidate will have the skills to diagnose problems in electronic products. In addition to diagnostic skills, experience in component level repair of electro / mechanical assemblies is expected. We are a small company located in Baytown, TX and looking to grow our staff.

Work requires an understanding of the interrelationship of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using test instruments such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and specialized purpose-built test fixtures.

The industrial electronics technician applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.

Position occasionally requires field-based, customer-facing assignments for the installation, modification, repair and maintenance of equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.

This position will work closely with supervisors on new ideas to improve processing procedures or anything that may improve quality or customer satisfaction.

Industrial Electronics technicians establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as perform necessary administrative duties.
