Geriatrician (Berlin)

Central Vermont Medical Center Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

Location : Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

Responsibilities :

Provide high quality care to sub-acute rehab patients and long-term care patients at Woodridge.

Participating in quality initiatives, including efforts to improve patient safety, and quality of care.

Medical directorship with protected time for administrative responsibilities

Qualifications :

• MD / DO Degree
• Board Certified / Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• ACLS certification
• Interest in Geriatrics and nursing home care
• Record of engagement and excellence in quality, and service
• Ability to collaborate and contribute as part of multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active unrestricted licensure (or ability to obtain post hire)
