Job Title : Printer FLSA : Non-Exempt Position Type : Full time Department : Print Salary Range : Reports to : Sr. Print Lead Core Focus We are seeking a novice Screen Printer to join our dynamic and creative team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months – 1.5 years of hands-on experience in screen printing techniques and processes. As a Screen Printer, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality printed materials while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Print garments using manual and / or automatic screen press for garment printing with multiple colors
• Collaborate with a 2–3-person team, in all positions of printer, take off, and QC to produce quality garments
• Able to mix ink as needed for print job
• Match paperwork (art / work orders / pick tickets) to production screens & garments at a detailed level
• Meet established production guidelines for output and ship date compliance
• QC printed garments in comparison to Style Guide Standards & Production Work Orders
• Maintain a print accuracy level
• Utilize basic PC skills to look up & update orders
• Maintain a neat and safe work area
• Partner with all production staff to develop ideas to maintain and improve all levels of service and production
• Handle additional responsibilities and projects as directed by immediate supervisor.
