Application Support Professional

The Application Support Professional is a key member of the team that supports research through providing administrative and IT services for multiple clinical research applications. Primary duties include IT application and health research study-specific support of several clinical research IT applications including REDCap, the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Advarra Electronic Data Capture (EDC), and Florence eBinders.
A successful applicant will be responsive, a good problem solver, able to become an expert in several IT applications, highly organized, able to track multiple work streams, and work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders. The position requires the ability to provide an exceptional level of service and superior human relation skills for key interactions with researchers, research staff, and administrators. The role offers qualified candidates opportunities to grow within the organization as their subject matter expertise increases.
The Application Support Professional reports to the CTMS Director. This position may currently work primarily remote, depending on state of residence, or may work in the office on-campus. There will be times this role will be expected to be available in the office for certain planned activities.
Key Responsibilities
Research Data Collection System Support and Services (60%)
IT Application Support - Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and Electronic Regulator Binder (30%)
Other duties and special projects as-assigned (10%)

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range : $54,000-$67,000; depending on education / qualifications / experience
Time Appointment Category : 100% Appointment
