RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (no 48-hour guarantee)
• No call responsibilities
• No block scheduling available
• Floating may be required
• 16-bed unit with 1 : 5 patient ratio
• Provide total patient care
• 1+ year of nursing experience required
• Required certifications : RN license, BLS, ACLS (must complete all ALC modules)
• Required scrubs : Royal blue
• Electronic medical record system : Cerner
• Must have permanent home address greater than 50 miles from facility
• Social Security number required on submission

This medical center operates a 16-bed medical surgical stepdown unit that provides intermediate-level care for patients requiring closer monitoring than general medical floors but less intensive care than ICU settings. The facility utilizes modern electronic medical record systems and maintains structured patient care protocols to ensure quality outcomes for patients transitioning between different levels of care.
