Position Overview :

Starting salary $1000,000 / yr+, depending on experience, test results, performance, and profit contribution. This is your launchpad if you bring at least 10 yrs of established and current experience in industrial filtration, dust collection, and baghouse system sales and engineering. This role demands serious, self motivated, hard-charging professionals. Your pay scales with your results and value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive new and repeat business using your existing network, industry contacts, and self-driven resources.
• Apply the proper technology and solutions to unique process problems with agility and urgency
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic, multi-member team to execute projects effectively and efficiently
• Understand and manage the full scope of turnkey industrial projects, including :
• Solis analysis and engineering reports
• Engineering design and blueprint reading
• Estimating foundations, concrete, and civil work
• Structural, millwright, and mechanical scopes
• Equipment startup and commissioning
• Provide technical sales and project management leadership for complex filtration line equipment and systems
