About the Role
3R Talent is seeking an experienced Financial Controller for our client, a global industrial organization. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for finance operations across the US and UK, while also leading HR, IT, and administrative functions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all finance and accounting functions in the US and UK.
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, tax compliance, and insurance programs.
- Provide strategic insights on profitability, pricing, and business performance.
- Guide HR operations including payroll, benefits, and 401(k) plan oversight.
- Oversee IT systems and ERP strategy to support growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-border finance team.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).10+ years in senior finance leadership (manufacturing / engineering / industrial a plus).Strong knowledge of GAAP and UK financial reporting.Proven experience managing cross-border teams and multi-entity operations.ERP systems and process improvement experience.HR / IT leadership and 401(k) plan administration experience strongly valued.Benefits
