    • Responsibilities

  • Account Management : Oversee and manage personal and commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Client Engagement : Actively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing insightful advice and solutions tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Policy Maintenance : Maintain and update client files and policies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Quote Preparation : Prepare and present insurance quotes, assisting clients in understanding coverage options and benefits.
  • Problem Resolution : Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly,

    • Requirements

  • Insurance License and Experience : Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of both personal and commercial insurance lines.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools. - Applied Epic a plus
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
