Tax Director — this is a key role in helping lead the tax department, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning and compliance services. This opportunity offers a flexible work schedule, work / life balance, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Base pay range $180,000.00 / yr - $230,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities Lead the tax department and manage client relationships.

Provide strategic tax planning and compliance services.

Mentor, motivate, and develop staff.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance tax services and client service.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master\'s degree in taxation or CPA certification preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax planning and compliance for individuals, businesses, and organizations.

Strong technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with emphasis on partnership taxation.

Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and integrity.
