Drive growth for a high-touch respiratory care provider by building and nurturing referral relationships (physicians, case managers, hospital respiratory teams, payors). If you’re a licensed RT or RN with healthcare sales chops, this is for you.
What you’ll do (high level)
- Grow referrals and meet / exceed monthly quota
- Develop / maintain relationships with decision makers at referral sources
- Plan and run in-services; follow up to ensure satisfaction and renewals
- Build territory marketing plans aligned to company goals
- Mentor / partner with Clinical Respiratory Liaisons
- Pitch core services (vents, airway clearance / percussive vests, enteral)
