The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Technical Manager for the Global EHS Laboratory, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Provide direction to technical employees and accountability for project leadership / outcomes for projects / programs that support 3M's product and manufacturing EHS compliance and regulatory obligations as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals
• Expand the Global EHS Lab's reach, leveraging the lab's analytical capabilities and quality system across 3M.
• Partner with 3M manufacturing sites and help ensure their environmental-related data meets the accuracy and transparency expectations for 3M's EHS compliance and ESG commitments.
• Coaching, mentoring, professional development, performance reviews, succession planning, resource assessments, and budget management.

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic / international
