We seek a Director of Restaurants at one of the top resorts in Austin, Texas. This role involves leading our vibrant Food and Beverage Outlets and mentoring talent to uphold our standards. If creating exceptional moments excites you, seize this opportunity!

Director of Restaurants Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage
  • Experience managing hotel / resort outlets
  • Fine dining and / or upscale experience required
  • A collaborative, people-centric, servant leader
  • Love what you do

    • Director of Restaurants Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and support multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Guide, lead, and inspire a large team
  • Lead with flexibility and creativity to maximize, revenue, guest and associate satisfaction
  • Supervise all spending to guarantee compliance with the budget
  • Continuously evaluate guest feedback and address any issues that come up
  • Oversee the development of all management personnel
  • Address all employee concerns through direct communication with HR
  • Develop business growth strategies through regular analysis of competitors and market trends
