As a Security Officer - Armed Site - Morning Shift in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment. This role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for armed duties and / or driving as part of your post requirements. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Monitor and control access points to help maintain authorized entry to the location.Remain alert and prepared to respond to any security-related situations that may arise, including those unique to a food and beverage production environment.Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and / or contractors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.Report and document all security-related incidents, observations, and / or irregularities according to Allied Universal guidelines.Work collaboratively with site personnel and local law enforcement as needed for incident resolution.What We're Looking For :

Must be at least 21 years of age.Must possess an active armed guard card or license as required by state and / or local regulations.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements for driving positions only.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.Why Join Us :
