The Administrative Manager provides administrative decision-making and support for the coordination of patient care services 24 / 7. Coordinates patient flow, communication and emergency management. In conjunction with the Nurse Manager and staffing office assists with staffing to leverage maximum labor productivity. Coordinates all emergency protocols (e.g. HICS, Code Red, Code Blue, Code .). Participates and provides leadership which promotes quality and strategic initiatives to facilitate remarkable patient care. Patient populations may include : neonates, infants, children, adults and geriatrics.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited nursing program approved by the MN Board of Nursing - Required

BSN / RN with Bachelor’s degree - Required

2-5 years recent acute care experience in a hospital setting- Required

2 years House Supervisor, Patient Placement experience, or Charge Nurse experience - Required

BLS (ARC or AHA) - Required
