Job Description

Lead SCA construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with NYC SCA standards and timelines.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule, budget, and quality.

Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and client communications.

Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with direct experience on NYC SCA projects.

Strong knowledge of SCA procedures, DOB codes, and public sector construction standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
