Are you looking to get involved in the craft beer world? Join the Lift Bridge team by working as a Bartender for one of the top breweries in the Midwest! Serve patrons by creating the best possible craft beverage experience at either of our 2 locations in Stillwater, MN and New Richmond, WI.
Must haves :
- Appreciation for craft beer.
- Feeling of well-being and confidence when around others and good beer.
- Ability to communicate descriptions of multiple beer styles and flavors.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- GED or High School Diploma
- Work on your feet during the shift
- Carry at least 50 lbs
- Effective, outgoing, friendly communicator / greeter to actively engage customers
- Effectively interact in a respectful manner with customers and staff
- Experience in retail or bar / restaurant environments.
