Insight Global is looking to hire Data Center Logistics Technicians for a Fortune500 client. In this role you will be responsible for performing assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations. Coordinating, preparing, and executing incoming / outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities). Ensuring complete and detailed inventory tracking and staging. Performing inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity. Performing material movement, including shipping / receiving and inventory management per standard process. Ensuring detailed inventory tracking and staging. Performing destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks.

This is a contract through the end of the year and will start ASAP

Hours for the role are Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6AM-6PM

OR

Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 6AM-6PM .

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
